Directions:
An institution may apply for up to four entries in the Men's Youth Double and up to four entries in the Women's Youth Double. Both athletes must be named at the time of registration. However, athletes may be renamed or substituted for until October 1, 2010.
After October 1, no athlete line-up changes to the Youth Doubles will be accepted.
If you are submitting multiple registrations from the same institution, please be sure to designate A, B, C, or D boats on the entry information page.

there are no refunds for accepted entries.
