Carolina Masters row out of the Michael Nicholls Boathouse on University Lake, a three-bay boathouse that we share with the University of North Carolina (UNC) Women's NCAA Rowing program and the UNC Men's Crew Club.
Directions to Michael Nicholls Boathouse:
From the east:
Follow Main Street west through Carrboro to Jones Ferry Road; turn left onto South Old Fayetteville Road; go 400 feet and turn right onto University Lake Road, the entrance road to University Lake.
From the west:
Follow NC 54 or Jones Ferry Road east and turn right (south) onto Old Fayetteville Road; follow Old Fayetteville to University Lake Road, the entrance road to University Lake.
Parking:
The Crew lot is the first parking lot to the right on the entrance road. Parking is also allowed in the Park & Ride lot on Old Fayetteville Road, but is prohibited at the lower level lot at the University Lake Warden's office.
