CANCELLATION POLICY
A parent of a camp participant that is no longer able to participate due to medical reasons must notify the Camp Director in writing. This policy will be adhered to because of financial obligations incurred by PWCA to run the camp.
PWCA cancellation policy is the following:
1) 100% of registration fees will be refunded, excluding transaction fee, up to first day of camp.
2) Registration fees will be refunded on a pro rata basis up to two days for week sessions or two weeks after semester session start of camp for medical reasons.
3) Medical reasons must include a signed note from a doctor stating due to injury camp participant is no longer able to continue and state injury incurred. The signed note must be given to the Camp Director.
4) Cancellation refund of any other nature after start of camp will be at the discretion of the Camp Director.
