Canceling/Refunding:
-More than 1 week before Camp starts, a Refund Fee of $35 will apply. Expiry of this date is midnight of the seventh day prior to the start of the session, i.e., 00:01 AM on June 25 for July 2 camp.
-There will be no refunds after the start of the session, that is after 00:01 AM on the day the camp starts, as we cannot fill your spot at that late date.
Reschedule
-More than 1 week before start, No Charge to change dates. Expiry of this date is midnight of the seventh day prior to the start of the session, i.e., 00:01 AM on June 25 for July 2 camp.
-Less than 1 week before Camp starts, a Move Fee of $50 will apply if no one on waiting list to replace you. From 1 minute after midnight on the 6th day before the start to 00:01 AM on the day the camp starts.
-There will be no reschedules after the start of the session, that is after 00:01 AM on the day the camp starts. Not attending camp on the start day is equivalent to cancellation
