Annual Membership Fees are non-refundable. Pro-rated Novice Camp and Rowing Season fees are refundable only if you terminate for a medical issue or other circumstances beyond your control (ie, relocation, new work hours).
Novice Camp and Rowing Season participants will be wait-listed pending implementation of the Virginia Phase III re-opening and relaxing the social distancing requirments. Once the 1 Aug start date is confirmed, all wait-listed rowers will be moved to an "active" status and their credit cards will be billed accordingly. If the start date is delayed, PWRC will notify the wait-listed rowers of the projected new start date and reduced fee. Wait-listed rowers will not be "activated" or "billed" without their e-mail consent.
